High Protein Bagels
You won’t believe how simple these are to make.
Gluten-Free Protein Bagels

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 35 minutes
Makes 4 bagels
Ingredients:
• 1 cup of gluten-free 1:1 flour
• ¾ tsp kosher salt
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 3 egg yolks
• ¾ cup Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
• Egg whites (for brushing)
• Toppings of choice (everything seasoning, cinnamon sugar, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
3. Add in the egg yolks and Greek yogurt, mixing until a crumbly dough forms.
4. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth.
5. Divide into 4 equal pieces, roll into balls, and shape into bagels.
6. Brush tops with egg whites and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Store these in the fridge or freezer to stay fresh longer !
